Step 1 - Tuning In
I begin by tuning in to someone’s body and energy (with their permission, of course) and listening or being receptive to feedback that it gives me. Sometimes the feedback confirms known issues, and other times, the feedback reveals previously unknown challenges. Whatever happens in this step guides the next ones.
Step 2 - Energy Work
The second part is where I conduct an energy session with the client to focus energy on areas that need it, promote flow where there may be blockages, bring energy into balance, and truly connect with and guide someone’s energetic body in positive ways.
Next Steps
During the energy session, additional feedback from the body is gathered and shared with the client to help formulate the next steps. Oftentimes, people are aware of things they should or should not be doing, but we have a discussion at the end of the session to map out a course of action based on the information the body shared. This way, the client not only benefits from the energy session, but has actionable tasks to continue to support their wellness.
